Chicken Lickin Chops!

I will tell you right now, that the things I may very well post won't exactly be the healthiest foods. In fact, some of them may very well be downright sinfully delicious. & We are going into winter. The nice & cold months. & I'm having a love affair with my crockpot. My crockpot is my soulmate! My parents gave it to me as a Christmas gift last year. & All I can say is "Oh crockpot! Where have you been all my life!" Ok, to much information I'm sure!

This recipe is a big hit with the kids. They love it! But then again, not like I have picky eaters or anything. If its edible, they chow down on it & then beg for more. Oh well. I'll just keep on living in the deluded fantasy world that I am a good cook.

Okay, so lets get started!

First the stuff that ya just might need for this!

4 boneless pork chops. (I personally prefer the thicker cuts, but that's just me)
1/2 cup of all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder (Season to taste with this one...You can use that amount, more or less, depends all on your garlic tolerance)
1/4 teaspoon of ground mustard
2 cans of condensed chicken & rice soup (Cambells brand works perfectly in my opinion)
2 teaspoons of vegetable oil

Combine flour and seasonings. Cover your pork chops in this mixture. (Dredge, Dip, whatever you wanna call it....) Take your vegetable oil & put it in a skillet. & Then brown your pork chops in said skillet. (Already smelling good at this point!) Pour one can of your condensed chicken & rice soup in the bottom of your crockpot. Add your browned chops. & Then pour your 2nd can of soup over the pork chops. Cover & Cook on low for 4-6 hours. You can serve this with extra rice or home made rolls/biscuits.

Now, wasn't that easy? I just hope ya'll think it is a tasty dinner! I know the monkeys & I love it! Now opinion time. Was that recipe easy enough? Should I take pictures of the steps? Anything I could have done different? Opinions! I love opinions & suggestions! :) Until Next time!
